The project!

We were going to have Alia's party at JoAnn's fabric store...but after feeling like the party coordinator wasn't as reliable as I needed her to be we decided to create something simlar at home. And so we made beach bags...or, we painted beach bags. I found the bags at the dollar store and we used stencil dots and some other things to make the flowers. They turned out really cute! A special shout out to Kristy, Diana and Jennifer for being available to help me with this! They were lifesavers!
Alia was the last one to finish her bag. Amusing. :) She said she wanted to make it perfect. Like mother like daughter.
Here she is, creating. They all had a big foam letter that they put on their bag-it was their first name initial.

The project (and the help) in action!!!

This was my example for the girls so they could see what they were doing.
(Mary, don't show this to the girls...cause this one is for Avery)

All of the bags sitting in the sun to dry!
